It's work that has to happen and work that nobody grew up wanting to do. Meanwhile the things that genuinely need human judgment — the reserve study, the capital project, the difficult neighbour conversation — get whatever hours are left.
We're building a system where the AI does the small work and the humans do the important work, in that order. When that trade happens, residents get answers in minutes instead of days, and the people running the place get to spend their attention where it actually changes the community.
Why now
This category was built before any of this was possible. The platforms that serve it were architected when the best software could do was store a record and remind a person to act on it. That constraint is gone, and rebuilding around its absence isn't a feature release — it's a different product. Communities deserve software from this decade.
